i mysle fput my cayenne in gelcaps since i coudl not tolerate the taste so strong in the drink...
also i used lax senna (herbal ) am and pm instead of the am sea slat flushes. i sitll had the flush effect, but i think it helepd giv eme a bit of tiem to walkt o b room instaaaaed of RUN to it/ sicne i an semi handicapped and slow/ i think this was a wise decision for me.
i also cut back on teh syrup by 1/2 talbesppon (recieps says ypu can paly with it a bit/ alter it to suit yoru taste..etc
but if i went to 1 talbespoon i got shaky bad...
my son (who is slim ) took 2 and half tablesppons cause he got shaky on jstu the 2 .

grade b dark pure mayple syrup ther eis about 18 $ for 1/2 gallon
or 29 $ for a gallon if on sale/ normally 33$ for a gallon...
remmeber the cost is moot poitn / sicne it is all you willbe consumign for 10 days !!! so yo uwill still coem out ahead on your grocery bill. 8)
