It is sort of difficult to tell. I did not get any stones out on my 6th and 8th flush, so I felt like I was nearing the end of my flushes, even though my 7th was my most productive ever. It also wore me out for many, many days thereafter.

Prior to this last flush was the only time I have used the Gold Coin Grass and I did get some stones out. I don't think I had bowel cleansed well enough (sorry), so it was diffifult to tell how many, size, etc., but toward the end of the passing of stones, I saw quite a few dark green pea and lentil sizes, and smaller.

I have been using the Chinese Bitters and Coptis for several months to decongest my liver/gallbladder and promote flow of bile. One thing I noticed back this summer when using the bitters was that it seemed to stabilize my blood sugar, even though I have not been diagnosed as a diabetic (good candidate though). I was able to go longer periods of time without eating. I also noticed some mild emotional remembrances when using the bitters.

According to Julia Chang, the gcg is supposed to soften and break up stones. If I have many left, I feel they will probably be larger, and I do not want to have anything get stuck. I have never been diagnosed with gall stones, but I do not want to take any chances. So I want to break and loosen anything up that I can prior to my flushes. The gcg can also be used to stop a gallbladder attack if a stone does get stuck.

One of my reasons for also trying these products was to try to sleep through the night without having to get up one or more times, but they have not really helped with that. Now I am trying melatonin cream. We will see.
