This is a copy of what I posted to a previous post from you Upstate. . . .

Upstate, did your Three lac arrive? (I see it did, mine came quickly!) I ordered mine and got it in just over a week - also ordered the Oxygen drops - going to continue with my bowel cleanse, then I think it is time then to start the Threelac and O2 drops - I know it is all expensive, but is far cheaper then going to the Doc, and getting any Antibiotics , which really made me decline in the first place! I know it is hard when you are a single mom and in grad school - but anything to help with your health will pay off, with feeling better and getting your energy up - to meet the damands of grad school and parenting! I, too, believe I have had Candida most of my life - and it really caught up to me when I changed my diet to Atkins - which I am having to modify - some of it has been a good start toward a way of eating to prevent the candida from worsening, but some of Atkins contributed to me needing a really thorough cleanse, I am convinced of that now - really resisted the idea at first. (I too have had hair loss!!!)

Any suggestions, anyone, on when to start using the Threelac + O2 drops? After the cleanse is completed (mine is going really slow, but so be it, I will stick to it) or start now?

Upstate. . . how are you doing? I know that stress and a busy schedule caught up to me, and I hate to admit it but had really had a negative effect on my health - are you getting (read: making time) time for self care/relaxation/meditation? I am reverting back to positive self care - and it is making a difference - grad school is so demanding, but like I mentioned - getting it all done is sooooo worth it! Life is far better for me post-grad school! And you are making life growth your daughter is experiencing also, I imagine! What a role model to see her mother advance her education!
