How long do you think it will take before some homosexual couple files a suit and the government forces pastors to perform the ceremony? I'm betting not too long.



This would fit the defintion of interfering wouldn't it?
There is unfortunately no easy way to win this one...forcing people to do things against their will, sets back public acceptance of gays even further.... you cannot force someone to accept someone, not normally accepted, by legislation. What are you going to do? Lock up a pastor who refuses.
It's going to be a very long struggle since each of us came from an egg/sperm union, and that is considered normal and what will perpetuate our society into the future.
So, it's not all good no matter how the idea is twisted.
