Growing breasts or problem?

I have been noticing marks around my breasts that look like red stretch marks. They look temporary, but I am wondering if this could be anything wrong? I can see my veins, blue, more clearly and my nipples are larger. I am not sexually active and I do not masterbate. I seem to be filling out finally. :) I should be fine, right?
