Remarks - I stopped taking the ginseng and the green tea on the 2nd and I still have gas on the 4th. If I were back in college this would be a hoot. But I'm not and it is uncomfortable. I think I know what is causing it. Brocoli. I have been eating more brocoli lately and memory tells me this is what it is. So with that I took 2 650mg ginseng and had a glass of green tea. I'll stop eating brocoli and my gas situation should stop. Hopefully.

Tomorrow, or later tonight, I am ordering more products from Dr. Schulze . I am going to do the all the leanse again. I am doing the liver cleanse again this weekend and hopefully Tuesday/Wednesday I can start again with the kidney, parasite and d-tox cleanse along with enchinacea. I'll finish the kidney cleans with another IF#1 & IF#2 cleanse.

I have wanted in the past to do the hot/cold treatment but that idea did not take hold to well as I HATE the cold - period, end of discusion. I've changed my mind. Some how, some way, I'm gonna give it an earnest effort.

One of the misses friends came over tonight. She is a vegan. I picked at her brain. She has, what she thinks is, a great cook book for raw, cooked vegan diets and juicing. She is going to let me borrow it!!

I have found a good reason to own a juicer even if you don't want to juice all the time. Those that eat healthy know that you have to hit the grocery story every two to three days for fresh food. However, sometimes the food doesn't get eaten early enough and starts to go bad. This takes a weak taste bud but, juice all the stuff getting to that point where you are thinking of throwing it away and drink it. I have saved throwing away atleast 10.00 so far. Some of it taste ok, some of it is not that great, but atleast I didn't waste it. And yes some I juiced and threw away anyway - yuck.

Diet -
For Waking up - Super food - 2 tbs in 8 oz water, Oatmeal - carb and Sugar free
For Morning - 8 oz ozonated water, 12oz hot green tea
For breakfast - Banana, red grapes, orange, blueberries
For mid morning - Flax oil(2tbs) and cottage cheese(1/3 cup), Apple, pear, pink grapefruit
For lunch - Salad, two hard boiled eggs
For mid day - Keto protein drink - carb and Sugar free
For dinner - Salad
For mid night -
For night - Flax oil(2tbs) and cottage cheese(1/3 cup), 8 oz ozonated water
Other - 33oz water with 1/4tsp Sea Salt , 1/2tsp cayenne pepper, 1 @ 650mgs panax ginseng, 120+oz of water total a day.
Snack - fruit, vege's, juices from juicer, Keto Carbrite diet bar - Sugar and carg free.

Feeling - Other than the gas issue I feel good. Sleep is getting earlier and earlier. This is making it harder to do the little things in the day like type these remarks. By the time I get done with what needs done it is 10:30-11:00pm and I refuse to miss the wakeup call at 5:00am. I'll figure something out.
