And I would add to that an all raw fruit and vegetables only diet or at least the Mucusless Diet- called by many names, such as the Hallelujah Diet and the Regenerative Diet- do a search on the net.

Also a few good Liver Flushes might be in order to help get the cholesterol out, right, Bob?
