well i can answer a grand total of one of your questions but its a start.

d) the higher the alcohol content the better. if you want you can actually make your own 100% pure alcohol by buying high grade vodka. open bottle, put in a slightly larger container and freeze. pour off everything that doesn't freeze - that is pure grain alcohol. throw the frozen part out. but really any vodka will do, but ask for the highest alcohol content.

put as many peppers in as you want, the more peppers the higher the concentration. you almost can't put too many peppers in. fill up the container with peppers, then pour the alcohol in till full, then seal and wait. that should work just fine. shake and turn every couple days. say a prayer over it, that helps. have fun.
