Re: Hello CureZone friends
Hi Cassandra,
What a relief to have shrinking tumors at last and to be home again. Are your girls with you?
RE: juicing
As I understand it, fruits are powerful antioxidants and deep cleansers and good sources of vit a and c and enzymes. Veggies are a good source of minerals. So
juicing lots of fruit doesn't sound like a bad thing to me. That's an excellent cleanse!
However, a couple veggie juice ideas are:
1. I like and now drink a lot: 50% granny apple or
Celery or 1 granny and 4
Celery stalks, the other 50 % is juiced sunflower sprouts ( buy at good organic store...these are grown in soil like wheatgrass but packaged in plastic boxes)
Then mix the juice with equal amount of distilled water that you blended 1" plus of fresh ginger root. I don't like to blenderize my juices and find I just put the water in the blender with the ginger and blend on high for a good minute then mix with the juice and enjoy!
The ginger tastes refreshing and is great for nausea and aids in digestion. The fresh juiced sunflower sprouts are so nutritious and mild in taste. They are a bit pricey but I get Chi chills when I drink this mixture. If I had cancer I would juice this once a day.
2. Juice any fresh sprouts you can sprout yourself or buy and use the proportions above. Sprouts are so alive and when you juice and drink them immediately you can feel the life force going into your cells.
3. Add annise to juices (if you like the taste of licorish) I do and keep a little jar of organic annise by my juicer. If I'm
juicing a "light" green drink especially with a granny apple, the annise adds digestive aid and I like the taste.
You can chew a little annise for nausea...it might help.
Nausea: my favorite of all time is Traditional Medicinals organic peppermint tea. Two tea bags seeped for 4 minutes. This helps take the edge off for me. That company makes the best peppermint tea I've ever tasted. Don't know why...but it rocks!
RE: cleansing and chemo
I would be so hesitant to advise you on this since I have no experience or knowledge.
How about asking your Mexico doctor? or call the Gerson clinic and ask them?
My gut says you should be cleansing your colon non stop thru all this chemo to help flush it and all the tumor material out of your colon. At a minimum a high fiber mixture like some psyllium, ground flax seeds and chia seeds. Drink one in the morning and one mid afternoon. Then take your formula one in the evening to push things thru. But I would check with Gerson clinic or an alternative cancer clinic for their recommendations. Since you are
juicing fresh fruits you are cleansing...so it's key that you have enough fiber to absorb the toxins.
Sending you lots of love and white light and a big tight hug,
Suzanne
