Re: real answers

i use a plant based liquid mineral sourced from humic shale which are ancient plant deposits compressed thru time which concentrates the minerals. they are carbon based plant minerals, not crushed rock. i definitley notice a big difference between taking Sea Salt for minerals alone and taking Sea Salt in combination with plant based liquid minerals. i usually put a small amoount of Sea Salt , a serving of liquid minerals, some lemone juice and a bit of black strap mollases in a glass and then fill it with ozonated water. this first thing in themorning on an empty stomach feels phenomenal.

i don't really see much of a difference between concentrace and sea salt - both come from sea water. except that sea salt can negatively affect the sodium/potassium balance, where as concentrace would not. i do use celtic sea salt, but i never know how much to take. one expert says use sparingly the next says go hog wild its great for you, so i don't really know.

yes there are many ways to structure your water, right now i prefer ozone and really love it. i may experiment with multiple structuring methods on the same water that may be interesing. i think i will use pats method, then ozonate then add the minerals and lemon juice, that could be interesting.
