I disagree. The product in question contains some additional ingredients (better ingredients in fact than A*****ose, as well the similar ingredients in different proportions. In my experience (i have worked a few patent cases) I think this may be enough to win. Besides, this assumes M*******h's patent is actually valid. most patents get by with very little scrutiny from the PTO. I suspect M*******h's will not make the cut in end. there is nothing new about what M*******h has done. in any event, time will tell unless glycobiotics gets weak knees and gives in. I hope they don't, looks like an interesting product, much cheaper. and, no matter what, it won't affect many here since its so easy to make your own. M*******h's patent can't do anything about that.
