i didn't know it took 10 days to clean the body...wow, i just learned something new today! for me i think it may be a bit more then that now that i'm at the end of my 6th day. it sure would be nice if it decided to get it together and expell everything in the next 4 days! i've been waiting 5 months now. well, maybe i'm just hard on myself cause i have been passing stuff...i just feel like so much more is in there. i dreaded the first 3, 4 days, now i'm looking forward to going longer. and yah, i sure appreciate food more. since my last cleanse 2 yrs ago i learned to like cooking. now here i am fasting again and whipping up some very nutritious and yummy meals for my daughter and am happy doing it!

it only gets better :-D
