Good to hear form you!!!
I am much, much better from my digestion problems. I can tolerate more food and I have lost weight and I look healthier.
Castor Oil packs have been a nice thing. Easy to do and good results.

However I need to continue because I still have the candida overgrowth. It is bothering me, specially the foggy mind. I am taking vitamins and omega oil fish. I will begin the ThreeLac soon.

I have had a lot of stress but everything is working out. I am praying also because I feel I need the strength from the Lord. You know, I am engineering PhD student and the pressure and the stress is high. Dealing with a new language, different culture, stressful environment and health problems sometimes is like too much. However, given how sick I have been and the way how things are working out, I really know is God helping me.
