liver rebuilding

I just did my 6th liver flush. In my opinion they have all been successful. But I was wondering.... I took my sister who was visiting from Missouri to a couple of health stores in our area. One place where the owner was a holistic doc, told me Liver Flush and Bowel Cleanse were excellent things for me to be doing. He asked what I was taking in between my Liver Flushes to rebuild my liver. So, what is good to take. He mentioned Milkthistle. I always like to come here and ask before I dive in. Just to get opinions. I have learned so much here. Thanks, in advance for any advice.
