Re: To PTree

Every person is different...and every flush is different. I've experienced nausea while doing a Liver Flush even following a thorough parasite cleanse. I have found that the best way to prevent nausea during the flush is to fast for the entire day...not just after 2pm. I also make sure that I'm very well hydrated before attempting a flush, sip water with a packet of Emergen-C in it (for added electrolytes) between and after all the potions...and I hold my nose and chug the concoctions and take a sip of water afterwards before I let go of my nose so that I minimize the taste. Actually, since I started using pink grapefruit juice with the olive oil...the taste is not so bad. But the Epsom Salts is another story...for me anyway!

I just did another flush last night...the last three have been smooth sailing with no nausea and I've slept like a baby! I'm getting less and less stones with each flush...and the benefits are definitely worth any queasie feelings you might have!
