Hey...are you hungry?? Like physically hungry? Because on the Master-Cleanse there is no need to be physically hungry. Nope. I mixed up litre bottles (in glass) of the lemonade and chugged it back whenever I had a pang of hunger...so I never ever felt hungry. Mental hunger is something completely different. So! Just wanted to let you know! Drink more lemonade if you're actually feeling hungry.
