Can I put Epsom Salts in capsules, and drink it with water?

Answer:

You can encapsulate magnesium sulfate, and drink capsules with water, instead of dissolving it in the water.

It is good for kids doing liver cleanse, and for anyone who doesn't like taste of Epsom Salts (who does?).


Many have done that, and have been satisfied with the results.

I never tried it, because it is too complicated to fill up all those capsules.



It is easier to dissolve Epsom Salts in grapefruit juice, and use juice instead of water.


You can still taste it, ... but far from bad taste ...
