lymph nodes

For about 15 years now my right underarm has been swollen. I have sought medical help to no avail. Now my left underarm is beginning to swell. I have no idea what to do anymore. I have heard of massaging the area and have tried that a few time but it was sore afterward. Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there a way to eliminate it?
