Yeah, the copper pipes are just to expensive to ship I think. The rings are a new thing and they don't have a page about them yet so they just send them to people who ask for them (or ask about handholds). I know someone who uses Copper braclets on her ankles and she really likes them! If you could get another braclet, they would work great I'm sure! Or, get some copper wire and make a second one. :)
