My results

Well unfortunately I was unable to complete the flush since my monthly decided to show up at 6am this morning. I should have known since my temp dropped yesterday. (I am temping for fertility charting) I got the first two Epsoms down and the oil/grapefruit then went to bed. I was only able to use the bathroom once before bed which I thought was weird since last time I went MANY times. My tummy was rumbly though. I slept really good this time and didn't wake up till about 4am to use the bathroom. No nausea or tossing and turning this time either. I was in the bathroom for a good 35 minutes. I felt really good. I went back to bed and set the alarm for 6:25 to take my 3rd dose, however, I woke up about 6:08 with menstrual cramps. It's hard to distinguish between the two so I couldn't tell if I needed to go to the bathroom or what. I sat on the pot on and off for a whole darn hour. My legs got tingly. I was in a lot of pain since everything was "moving" in there. And for me when I am on my period my bowels move more anyway so this was really bad. I couldn't take it and broke down and took a Midol. I really don't like to do that since it's bad for me but I had to. I was really cold and so thirsty with dry mouth so I wasn't feeling so hot. I drank just enough water to take 1 Midol, got out the heating pad and finally went back to sleep till 9am. I feel great now, no cramping or anything. I haven't seen any green stones but I did see a few tan stones. Bigger ones this time. I may still see stones but I am not going to get my hopes up. Oh well I guess things like this happen. I ate breakfast already so there's no point in taking the 3rd Epsom plus that's the last thing I want is to be in the bathroom all day. My hubby wants to go see a double feature today....The Rundown and School of Rock...so I don't need to be running to the potty ever 5 minutes. Well that's it sorry so long.
