Sorry, I lost my post!
Sorry Kingston, I replied to this before work the other day with a nice long post... the connection must have been down and I didn't notice, cuz I can't find it!
Anyway, I am just doing little things that work for me. Having good bowel movements is so important. What goes in has to come out and more! So I eat things that don't tend to stay in. Certain things for me that don't work are white flour and pastries, cheese, bananas and boiled eggs, but especially the flour! Except, I make a delicously sourdough bread made from whole wheat flour and salt, which helps with digestion (I will share the recipe if you would like it). I eat fresh popped pop corn to help with BMs,(microwave popped would do more harm then good) and also, it doesn't have to fill me to satisfy. It's good sprayed lightly with a cold pressed oil or butter (I put sunflower oil in a spray bottle), then I put brewers yeast and garlic salt. Yummy! This is good for a light supper with a peice of fruit or melon. I have been making rhubarb goodies with stevia as well. I have been drinking lots of stevia lemonade and eating carrots. The more veggies the better! I am trying to cut out dairy completely and eat meat and eggs still, but at about 25% to 75% veggies.
Also, I am exercising with a freind a couple of times every week. :D
