hi tracy, i just read your msg and found it to be very informative. i am determined to start this mc as i write and am looking forward to getting past the first three days as i am reading here they seem to be the most difficult. i am excited about what will actually be taking place in my body over the next days and am hoping to have the determination i need to complete it. goodness knows i need it..
