You can see by my signature line what has worked for me.
I also have hypothyroidism and I have mercury toxicity.
I started using antioxidants as a first step, then I did a yeast-free diet
and probiotic cleanse, then I tried guaifenisen (which I have stuck with)
and went on the hypoglycemic diet, only to find that I wasn't as HG as I was
allergic to grains, particularly wheat. I also found caffeine and
Aspartame
caused big problems for me, in terms of pain and sleeplessness.
I recently replaced all my
Amalgams and pulled a tooth with a silent
infection from the root canal. That helped me a lot.
Then I did a
Liver Flush and
kidney cleanse and started the whey and
inositol. Now I have some really great days but percolate along at about
80% most of the time. I can wash my hair in the shower without resting my
arms, which I could not do in 1993, when I started all this. I also walk
everywhere except Disneyland unassisted, no wheelchair or cane needed.
It occurred to me recently that I could probably do a Richard Simmons tape,
one of the easy ones, if I wanted to. This is big time progress for me.
Good luck! This a very individual journey, and you will have to try this
and that and see what works for you and what doesn't. My advice is to start
with the cheap stuff and stay away from the expensive devices and solutions
that promise plenty and deliver little.
