I do agree with you about the superfoods, unfortunately for me, I have to wait until I have restored my E to use them. When I have used them recently, they have also caused me to breakout intensely and painfully. I believe that this is mainly due to the fact that they increase detoxification in the body, and many detox systems in the body call upon the body's stores of A, E, and likely zinc, all of which I appear to be deficient in due to the gluten. I do plan to move toward using chlorella and spirulina as soon as I can handle them. I'm not comfortable with the combinations with barley, as many are not gluten-free, and many of the ones that are, are unreasonably priced. I do intend to continue to investigate the different formulas that could be right for me. For now, my less than ideal isolated vitamins and minerals will have to suffice.
