I very much enjoyed your story... I too, am a great admirer of Dr. Budwig. However, while you are doing so well.....and working so hard at restoring/maintaining your health, I would strongly recommend against ANY artificial sweetner, i.e. Sweet & Low, Equal, Splenda, etc. etc. Alternative natural sweetners are Stevia, & Xylitol. Both do a wonderful job....xylitol can be used in baking.
Stevia doesn't do as well when heated...
