You really only need to dilute fruit juice with water. Mainly because you don't need as much, the water will add more volume to your meager glass. Also, some juices are very acidic and when fasting your mouth is more sensitive. I've drinken straight pineapple juice before and felt the rest of the day like I had burnt my mouth.
NO STORE BOUGHT JUICES. You need the fresh stuff with all it's enzymes/lack of preservatives . If you have traveling to do, or times away from a juicer, than carry your juice in a cooled container. I've had to do this while camping before. Dazzle has some great juice storage info. on her blog.
