This is absolutely an effect of juice fasting, long term. It's only typical for longer fasts. I have experienced this during both of my over forty day fasts. And since you were first on a 52 day fast, then a couple of days later started a 32 dayer, this amount of time will have this effect. I have read that it's because of the lack of oil/protein intake. It will grow back, strong and thick (at least mine did). My hair stylist thought it was the funniest thing, seeing all that new hair growth.
