I was fasting on water for three days, and when I woke up this morning I felt like I had a rock in my bowels and I was bloated. It was suggested that I drink some fresh squeezed juice [celery, carrots, cucumber, parsley, spinach] and I took herbs that help to stimulate the lower bowels to cause elimination. I had a little bit of food as I tasted what I was baking for a birthday friend, and I had more carrot juice with another herbal 'laxative'. I still haven't had a BM, and I'm worried that it's all going to come out too suddenly. I didn't know not having a BM during the Water Fast is normal, and now I regret what I've done. I plan on going back onto the Water Fast tomorrow.
