I definitely think it can be done. Just put your mind to it. Just keep visualizing yourself in the body that you want...that makes you happy.
You know what I found is a good alternative to eating during the fast. Take a nap. The body heels while you slip. So while you're loosing weight you'll also be repairing most especially your skin...you'll have brighter eyes and lots of energy when wake up!! :) I would advise not to sleep more than 1 1/2 during the day as the body can get too used to sleeping and laying that one can also become lazy...hehe
