hey i know how you feel about feeling like you failed i've tried 3 times to do a 40 day and only ended up doing 2 weeks.but i have some advice for getting that far.The first three days are the worst but everytime you pick up food just keep telling yourself it will get easier in 3 days. So just keep talking to yourself and it pays off after the third day the thought to have anything will be completly gone.I'm starting a new fast my self on the 19 so keep me updated on how its going, just remember it only the first 3 days its tough after that your fine
oh bye the way in the 2 weeks i fasted i lost 30 pds so ITS WORTH IT
