water fasting is rough.you are not suppose to go more than 10 days without checking in with a doctor.there are levels in your blood that must maintain to keep your heart pumping.
master cleanse was fun and easy. plus you are getting all the vits. you need so that you dont really need to worry about running your body out of vitamins it needs.
i lost around 7 lbs or so(i think)in a two day water fast. but i gained it back as soon as i started eating.
i lost around 3
pounds in three days on the MC. i broke the fast because i was so cold i couldnt take it. the weight i lost stayed off longer than when i did the
Water Fast but i do think that fasting slowed my metabolism down.the
Water Fast ate away at muscle too. but i wanted that to happen. i was a bit to bulky.
so right now i am doing atkins. i lost 10 lbs and 7.5
inches in a week. and i did this while eating three times a day and it was easy. i suggest you buy the book if you do this diet though.
as for your weight dont go lower than 140.
