Re: Breaking with Kombucha Tea?

I can't anwser than question for sure, but I can tell you that I did fast on straight kombucha tea for five days. I had awful headaches because it does such an intense die-off and detox. I don't recommend doing what I did unless you drink tons of water. Breaking a fast with K-tea should work as long as you drink tons of water and don't overdo it (maybe no more than 24 oz.).
