congrats on making it thew day one....way to go... one tip if you want it...pls pls pls dont be a slave to your scale...i would weigh in once a week.... scales are evil...they go up and down so much and one can get very discoraged by weighing in everyday....i know its hard not to...but if you could train yourself into doing it once a week i think you would be more happy with the results...and you wouldnt see the scale go up and down every other day...just a little advice...i know from past experince what harm scales can do to the brain...lol frenchfri
