It's not so much a matter of how it looks, it's a matter of whether there is a reasonable chance that it could survive outside the womb. If it doesn't, I am comfortable to have it be a matter between the parents and God.

If not, is the baby any less of a human because it's not fully formed and anatomically correct?

It is not yet a human . . . as you say, it is not fully formed.
