20 some flushes later...

i feel absolutely great. the main difference now is that right after a flush is when i feel the best. my skin clears up and i feel calm and level-headed, and just peaceful. where during my first 10-15 flushes i would basically feel like hell for up to a week after. i still have a ways to go towards where i want to be healthwise, all around. but its encouraging the way i feel after a flush. my message to people flushing is just keep going. even if you dont see that many stones you're doing your body good. i still havent gotten rid of 2000 stones. almost half of my flushes have been without any stones at all. i still feel awesome afterwards. im so glad i found this site.
