I agree with you. But the purpose of the drink is to provide extra alkaline minerals to help buff the acids. It is not meant as a cure all and is only supposed to help you along as you cleanse your body of the acids and eat a high raw, organic diet of good quality(check out the refractometer. amazing!)as your foundation. It is not meant to be cause permenant change or or even be what gets you alkaline, it's simply a little extra something to give you a boost. Many people who follow moreless's advice don't even use the drink, like myself.
