Re: How to Eat Organic on a budget (my experience)..:))

What I do... I go to shop which sell organic stuff and check the dates untill which that food is displayed... Then memorise that info and go on those dates to a shop about the time when they have deductions (diff shop have different policy of deducting so by thew middle of the day it is usually 30% or so and then closer to the end of day more... If shops put aside organic stuff on a shelfs (already discounted) u just can take it and go for a walk around in the shop until it can be deducted further OR, whether it is closer to the end of closing hours or end of the day, u can just go and ask employees about further discounts (it works for me)... Another option just make friends among employees, have short chats with them from the start then during ur next visits to that shop say hello, then find out their names AND... get extra discounts for organic stuff sometimes even slightly more before closing time... For example, in Glasgow Tesco almost all staff knew me in face and I knew about 5-6 employees by their names and... it was GOOD for me... ;)...:)))

Hope it helps,
Nadia
