i suffer from body Acne and am very curious as to what kind of cleansing the book gives? is it similar to the curezone protocols of cleansing the main eliminatary organs like the bowels and liver or is it mainly a diet programme where u cut out meat, wheat, grains, dairy etc? i would really like to know more as at the moment its been drilled into me through curezone that the only way to really ''cure'' Acne is to flush the liver o built up toxins and until this is completed one is still going to suffer from this terrible condition!
