Yes, lime sulphur is a chemical and it is caustic....it burns flesh. I would not mess with this at all.

I found little usefull information on lime sulphur in use on animals. I did find that it IS used on some animals, which sickens me. I did not find out what strengths are used or how to do this.

What animals were you told to put it on ?

What condition are you wanting to treat ?
