It will work for everyone. Colloidal Silver has been known to kill HIV. Colloidal Silver is part of the "Beck Protocol". The Beck Protocol was originally developed to cure AIDS.

Colloidal Silver will not by itself cure AIDS as it will hide dormant in the Lymph, organs, gut etc. and come back eventually. You need the Magnetic Pulser to get at it in these areas. You also need the Blood Cleanser and O3 - Ozone water.
