I've been actually drinking vegetable juice recently so that's my new form of "liquid chlorophyll" :D

It won't be a "real fast" since fasting is defined as abstaining from everything but water. But it would be akin to a juice fast since liquids don't make your stomach work. So yes, I suppose it would still work with a "fast".
