Well you can try. I have no means to procure EM. Let me know how did it turn out.

However I've eaten the kosher/cultured cabbage since I was born and I couldn't part with it. This kosher cabbage is more tasty during the cold seasons. The recipe for preparing it is very old. My grandma told me she knew about it from her grandmother.
