--Flu shots--is there a Better option ?--

In the Fall of the year many people line up to get Flu shots, "WHY" ?
"WHY" do people have more problems with Flu as Fall time comes around ?
What is Different between the Fall and Winter and the Spring and Summer ?
Could it be that people may get Less sunshine in the Fall and Winter months, than in the Spring and Summer months ?
What does Sunshine have to do with the Health of the body ?
Could it be that the Sunshine provides the body with Vit D, which helps the body to utilize Calcium Better ?
So, could it be that because the Vit D enables the body to utilize Calcium Better, that then you do not have to take so much Calcium, "IF" you are getting enough Vit D ?
What is Vit D ?
Could it just be an Acid which is bound with oils ?
So where can you get Vit D in the months of the year when you do not have Sunshine ?
Where did the Eskimos get their Vit D from when they would not get Sunshine for months at a time ?
Could it be that you can get Vit D from Wild Cold water Ocean Fish, and thus supply yourself the Vit D needed along with the Calcium from the Fish ?
So, you may take all the Calcium you want, but "IF" you are not Causing it to be able to React against some Acid, then you may not get any use from it !
