Hey. Welcome. A lot of information on here that's confusing but once you get started with something and get going it's easy.

You don't have to parasite zap. You don't have to "zap" at all, there are many different parasite cleanses just like colon cleanses. You should start with colon cleansing anyway and take it from there.

The easiest is Oxypowder . You pop a few pills before bed and "go" in the morning and it keeps you regular throughout the day. It liquifies it, so there's no pushing but it isn't technically "diahreah". No cramps or anything with it.

Colonix is easy too but it's not good if you're prone to constipation because of the psyllim in it. Plus if you want to do psyllium, "PB shakes" you can buy it at a healthfood store. If you already know that psyllium or high fiber supplements makes you constipated then stay away from it.

Both colonix and Oxypowder have "kits" you can buy that come with a parasite cleanse if you want that too.

Oxypowder .com">http://www.oxypowder.com and http://www.drnatura.com

If you want an overall, really easy cleanse that's good and cheap and can go without eating and deal with cravings and detox symptoms for a couple days.. The Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet is another good place to start. It gives your colon and kidneys a good cleanse and flushes out some parasites..Depending how long you stay on it. The minimum is 10 days.
