yeah i'll check that out more, thanks for posting that, though i had to claer something up about my vegan eating cuz its a pet peive when peopl retort to the protien thing......vegetable are not where i get my main sourse of protien from, i get it from beans, leguems, greean leavfy veggies, but mostly beans and nuts and seeds. Sorry....i really hate that when peopel try and tell me im not getting enough protien(dont know if thats what u meant with the comment about not enough protien from veggies)...i count my rpotien intake to make sure i get enough. Anyways, im assuming these vitamins are whole food right??? What have you noticed with taking them??? If u dotn mind i would liek to hear how its helped you. Right now i take new chapter which are from food....nuthing synthetic adn i am happy with these but if there sumthing better id like to know mroe about it :) ANyway....thanks
