They definately are constipating for me. Everybody is totally different, so maybe they might not be for you or someone else. I have found banannas also constipating for me and others. If I or someone has diarrhea, if I ate any of the above it would fix the prob. OKey well I guess just do what works for you! :-) The soup and selected diet definately helped me with the hemorrhoid problem.
