Re: My mouth is DRY! Will it end?

Ok, I woke up first thing in the morning and attempted the oil pull. Didn't think I'd make it past five minutes, but I stuck it out for ten, am a little skeptical of the numerous benefits listed but all of them are so enticing I just have to try it for a little while.

My only issue is that while swishing, ocasionally, i swallow. I don't know how to not swallow every few minutes. I mean, i don't swallow the oil, per se, but I'm sure there're remnants of the oil coating the back of my mouth or throat so I inadvertantly swallow a little.

Is that normal? Do you (as in Grz or anyone else who has attempted this) swallow at all when you're swishing or what?
