There's no way I'm going to start eating poorly again, dont worry about that! But I dont feel hungry at all, and I'm definately not too skinny, all of my weight is from fat, I dont have an ounce of muscle. Is it possible that I've just hit a plateu? What will happen if I continue the water fast?
