Re: Is canned tuna "raw" ??

Yeah, the only thing we thought was the salt somehow preserved it as it has a that light and flaky taste. And while we've all eaten truly raw tuna via sushi, we can't figure out how they cook it or if it's somehow preserved by the salt. How could you mass cook so much fish.
