Fasting and Diet pills???????
Ok.. i want to try fasting again.. i keep messing up. I have diet pills that actually make me feel "not hungry" and do give me a little burst of energy which i never have otherwise.. IS it safe to take these while doing a water only fast? I figure it would help getting me past the first few ays cuz thats always when i cheat.
Please let me know.
